Your tasks

  • Comprehensive cost calculation of demanding projects in facade construction
  • Analysis and evaluation of tender documents
  • Preparation of mass statements and inquiries (material & external services)
  • Market and subcontractor research depending on the requirements of the projects     
  • Preparation of detailed offers and accompanying offer documents in cooperation with the costing department
  • Subsequent costing during the project phase and recalculation for completed projects

Your profile

  • Construction technician/master or completed studies in the field of construction, mechanical engineering or comparable training
  • 2-3 years of professional experience in a comparable position in the facade or metal construction industry desirable
  • Experience in handling technical drawings
  • Confident handling of MS Office
  • Independent work, reliability and entrepreneurial thinking
  • Analytical and structured way of working and ability to work in a team
